    Unworn items may be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery for a size and/or colour exchange, exclusively for the same item.

    For returns of products with a value of below €50.00 for Italy and below €150.00 for European Union countries, an exchange will not be processed. In such cases, the customer will be refunded for the returned item and must place a new order to purchase the desired product.

    Exchanges are permitted only for a different size and/or a different colour of the same item, subject to availability.

    Only one free exchange is allowed. It is not possible to exchange the item for a different product.
