ITALY AND EU COUNTRIES

According to instructions on the right of withdrawal, pursuant to Legislative Decree n. 21/2014, art. 49, paragraph 4: if, for any reason, the Customer is not satisfied with an order, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving any reason, within 14 days (including holidays) from the physical receipt of the goods.

The withdrawal period will expire after the 14th day on which the Customer, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by the Customer, comes into physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer is required to inform F.lli Calabrò s.r.l. - Viale della Vittoria, 1 – 92024 Canicattì (AG) - Tel: +39 0922735159 – E-mail: customercare@calabromoda.com/span>, of its decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement. This may be made automatically by accessing your profile on the CALABROMODA website and going to the section dedicated to orders, or sent by mail, fax or e-mail to the above addresses.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that the Customer sends the communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiration of the period.

EFFECTS OF WITHDRAWAL

If the Customer withdraws from the contract within the terms of withdrawal, all payments made to us will be refunded (except for any additional costs arising from the choice of a delivery method other than the standard default).

Refunds will be made using the same method of payment used by the Customer for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. In any case, the Customer will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

The refund will be made, in accordance with international standards on returns, upon receipt of the goods and after verification by F.lli Calabrò srl that the returned goods have not been tampered with.

The Customer is kindly requested to send back the goods or hand them over to: Calabrò F.lli srl, Viale della Vittoria n° 1, 92024 Canicattì (AG), without undue delay and, in any case, within 14 days from the day the Customer notified its withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if the Customer sends back the goods before the expiration of the 14-day period.

The direct cost of returning the goods will be charged to the Customer. The Customer is liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

CAUTION

  • The package containing the return travels at the cost, risk and peril of the Customer. Therefore, CALABROMODA cannot be responsible for any loss, damage due to inadequate packaging, or delays in delivery to its warehouses. The Customer is liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
  • The return of an order must be completed within 14 days from the date of notification of the request (including holidays).
  • All returned merchandise is subject to inspection by CALABROMODA and must comply with the parameters listed in the return process. The Customer must return each item including all labels, packaging and accessories received with the order. Footwear and accessories must be returned in their original box, which is considered an integral part of the product and must not be damaged and/or altered in any way.
  • If even one of these conditions is not met, CALABROMODA will not accept the return and the package will be rejected, or the items will be sent back at the Customer’s expense.
  • Returns received after the contractual terms may be accepted at the discretion of CALABROMODA and may be refunded only as a credit in our e-store. For products purchased as gifts, the same rules of the right of withdrawal apply.
  • For items purchased on sale, it is always possible to return them, with the same limitations and the same manner described above.
  • Upon receipt of the package, CALABROMODA will verify that all conditions listed above have been met and, if the procedure has been successful, will proceed with the refund via credit card (if the purchase was made by credit card), PayPal credit (if authorized through PayPal), or bank transfer (if purchased using this payment method).
  • The refund may be visible on the credit card statement or bank account of the Customer up to 30 (thirty) days from the date of refund. This timing may vary slightly depending on the payment method used and/or the timing of your bank or card issuer.
  • CALABROMODA does not have the power to control the timing of this process, but upon request can send a copy of the payment receipt as proof of refund.

CHANGE SIZE AND / OR COLOUR

Unused items can be returned for a size and/or colour exchange with the same item within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods. Exchanges as compensation for returns whose amount is lower than 50.00 Euro (Italy) and 150 Euro (EU countries) will not be performed: the Customer will be refunded for the returned product and will need to place a new order to purchase the desired item.

  • It is possible to exchange only for a different size and/or colour of the same item, if available.
  • Only one free exchange is provided.
  • It is not possible to exchange the garment for a different item.

NON-EU COUNTRIES

It is not possible to change size and/or colour for purchases made in non-EU countries. In case of non-EU return orders, the amount of the voucher / refund of returned products will be reduced by the administrative costs incurred for customs clearance. For returns related to non-EU orders, the shipping costs for returning the items and any other related amount (such as local taxes, customs duties, import and/or customs clearance fees) are borne by the Customer and will be deducted from the final refund.
