Calabromoda ships worldwide from Italy, using only leading international couriers. Depending on the customer’s country, orders may be shipped as DDP or DDU.

DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) shipping applies to EU countries.

Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, United Kingdom, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Hungary. In these countries, VAT is already calculated and included in the purchase price.

DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) shipping applies to non-EU countries.

For countries outside the European Union, VAT is not charged on the purchase price; however, any local taxes, import duties and/or customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Once payment has been authorized and items are available, orders will be processed as quickly as possible.

SHIPPING COSTS
  • Italy: free shipping on orders over €150.00 (€10.00 shipping fee for orders up to €150.00). Estimated delivery within 3–4 business days from dispatch.
  • EU countries: free shipping on orders over €400.00 (€20.00 shipping fee for orders up to €400.00). Estimated delivery within 5–6 business days from dispatch.
  • Non-EU countries: free shipping on orders over €1,000.00 (€60.00 shipping fee for orders up to €1,000.00). Estimated delivery within 5–7 business days from dispatch.
  • Rest of the world: free shipping on orders over €2,000.00 (€90.00 shipping fee for orders up to €2,000.00). Estimated delivery within 5–7 business days from dispatch.
TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing the tracking number, allowing you to monitor the delivery at any time.

INSURANCE

Shipments made by Calabromoda are insured against loss or damage.

This insurance is free of charge for all customers, regardless of destination, and covers the shipment from our warehouse to the delivery address.

    Unworn items may be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery for a size and/or colour exchange, exclusively for the same item.

    For returns of products with a value of below €50.00 for Italy and below €150.00 for European Union countries, an exchange will not be processed. In such cases, the customer will be refunded for the returned item and must place a new order to purchase the desired product.

    Exchanges are permitted only for a different size and/or a different colour of the same item, subject to availability.

    Only one free exchange is allowed. It is not possible to exchange the item for a different product.
